Just did an interview with Mike Kerwick at the Bergen Record today. Doing interviews is weird. I know there is an art to saying only what you want to have written, but sometimes I get diarrhea of the mouth. Someone asks you something, then starts ferverishly typing your answer as though you’ve said something important. Then everything starts to get weird—I start thinking too much. Saying the same shit over and over in dumber and dumber ways. I’ve done a bunch, but not lately. Need to get back in the rhythm of things. More to come I’m sure. Look for this one as we get closer to the release party.

All in all it went well. Mike was a cool guy and made it easy. I got to tell the “banned from Canada” story, which is always a crowd pleaser.  So hopefully he edits out my gibberish and makes me look smart. Hopefully he likes the album and writes nice things. I shouldn’t care but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t. I busted my ass on that thing.
