St. Clark and I have been on the NJ version of the “Meeting People is Easy” tour. I’ve done five interviews in the last few days. Jersey Journal, Star Ledger, Bergen Record, Asbury Park Press, and G-Rock Radio.

Have a few more before the CD release party too: WRSU, WHTG, Stubble Fanzine, and tomorrow afternoon we’ll be kicking it Abbey Road Style on the roof of our soon-to-be former practice space in Jersey City for a photographer from the Jersey Journal. Feel free to come out and act like we are famous if you are so inclined.

Truth is it probably won’t be all that exciting. However, if you want to stick around and help us move all of our gear over to our new space in the ghetto, we’ll buy you beer. The Mayor’s back is fucked up so we can use a hand…

Don’t forget the CD release party on 9/8 @ Maxwells. With all the work we’ve put in to promoting this show, I’ll be disappointed if we don’t get 250 people all vying for a spot in the 170 capacity room. So get there early.

Until then, I just need to remind myself that meeting people is easy.
